5 Mocktail Margarita Recipes You Can Sip on at the Office for National Margarita Day

Happy National Margarita Day! At Baudville, we love to celebrate almost anything in the office and National Margarita Day is no exception. In honor of this festive holiday we’re sharing our favorite margarita mocktail recipes that you can enjoy today (or let’s be honest – any day of the week!).

 

 

5 Mocktail Margarita Recipes

Classic Margarita Mocktail

Yield: one 10 oz serving

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup limeade

1/4 cup lemon sparkling water

1/4 cup lime sparkling water

1/4 cup orange juice

 

Garnish:

Salt

Lime

 

Directions:

  1. Pour limeaide, lemon sparkling water, lime sparkling water, and orange juice into a pitcher and mix.
  2. Rim glass with salt by turning glass upside down and dipping it in water then the salt.
  3. Fill glass 2/3 full with ice.
  4. Pour margarita mixture on top of ice.
  5. Garnish with lime.

Sour Candy Margarita Mocktail

Yield: one serving

 

Ingredients:

1 cup sparkling lemonade

1 oz grenadine

1/2 oz lime juice

 

Garnish:

Sour Punch® Bites®

Red decorating sugar

Lime

 

Directions:

  1. Rim glass with red decorating sugar by turning glass upside down and dipping it in water then the sugar.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add 1 oz of grenadine and 1/2 oz of lime juice.
  4. Top off with sparkling lemonade.
  5. Garnish with Sour Punch® Bites® and lime slice.

Hibiscus and Ginger Kombucha Margarita Mocktail

Yield: one serving

 

Ingredients:

1 oz lime juice

1 oz hibiscus simple syrup

4 oz ginger kombucha

1 tsp (packed) chopped cilantro

 

Garnish:

Sea salt

Raw cane sugar

Dried hibiscus

Lime

 

Directions:

  • Use a mortar and pestle to crush a few dried hibiscus flowers and mix with equal parts salt and sugar.
  • Wipe the rim of a glass with a lime and roll in the sugar, salt, and hibiscus mixture.
  • Add the lime juice, ginger kombucha, hibiscus simple syrup, and cilantro into a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) with ice.
  • Give it a good shake and pour over ice.

Pineapple Margarita Mocktail

Yield: four servings

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 cups orange juice

2 cups ginger ale or lemon lime soda

1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups pineapple juice

10 lime wedges

 

Garnish:

Lime

 

Directions:

  • In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Wipe the rims of the glasses with lime and dip into cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • In a pitcher, combine orange juice, ginger ale, lime juice, and powdered sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add pineapple juice into mixture and stir.
  • Serve on ice and garnish with lime wedge.

Mango Meyer Lemon Margarita Mocktail

Yield: four servings

 

Ingredients:

6 tbs fresh mango puree

3-4 tbs simple syrup

2 tbs fresh Meyer lemon juice

16 oz sparkling water

 

Garnish:

Meyer lemon

Coarse sugar

Mint sprig

 

Directions:

Whisk together the mango puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Briefly stir in the sparkling water, being careful not to over-stir and lose the carbonation.

Rub the rims of the glasses with a lemon wedge and dip into coarse sugar.

Put a few ice cubes in each glass, pour in the drink, and garnish with a mint sprig.

Serve immediately.
