Have you heard of World Kindness Day? It falls on November 13th every year, and was initiated in 1998 by the World Kindness Movement. This important day is also promoted by The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation —both organizations are based firmly on a passion for spreading awareness and action around being kind.

It's a way of telling our team members that their work makes a difference and that it's appreciated—and there aren't many people who don't feel good knowing that!

We love the idea so much, we even created a free download to help others (and ourselves, too) to get inspired and get involved in committing acts of kindness. Download the free World Kindness Missions now, plus read this blog post to get ideas on how to get the most out of it in your office. You can also download our free Random Acts of Kindness eBook for more great ideas. And, don't forget: kindness doesn't have to be a one-day thing. Carry these ideas with you wherever you go. After all...

—Leo Buscaglia
