Doing Good for Your Community is Good for You
According to Forbes, both workers and consumers highly value a company’s corporate social responsibility when making purchase decisions and retention decisions.

We value the power of community involvement at Baudville not only because it makes us feel good about making an impact, but because we’re able to give back to our community together in a way that is much greater than doing it alone.
Our charitable arm, Baudville’s Helping Hand, has a focus on helping children in need in our community. We created this with the dream of providing children with lives of hope, dignity and purpose. With this passion about giving back, our charitable efforts this past year have been focused on one amazing charity, Ele’s Place.
Ele's Place: A Healing Center
Ele’s Place is a healing center for children and teens experiencing loss. Their vision is “to ensure no child in Michigan grieves alone.” Their Grand Rapids office was in need of a makeover to better function for their vision.
So, the Baudville team got together, put on our working gloves, and got started. Ty Pennington wasn’t around, but we think he would’ve been proud.
Ele's Place + Baudville
Our goal was to renovate their outdated space and provide a more welcoming and functioning environment for them to assist the grieving families enrolled in their programs. After a year of coordination, with the help from our friends over at Villa Décor and countless hours of labors of love, our team members helped transform Ele’s Place of West Michigan into a functional space!
