Customer Service Week 2014 Kicks Off!

This week – October 6-10, 2014 – is Customer Service Week! We love celebrating everyone in our company during this time (as we believe that it takes the hard work off all of the team members to create a great customer experience) and we usually have a little fun in the process!

 

This morning I walked into some great signs all over the building honoring the occasion and hinting at what this week's theme would be all about – Keep Calm and Celebrate Customer Service Week. Each department was given a basket of light-hearted, fun goodies to break up the day (think whoopee cushions, candy, puzzles, and more) and keep us calm. One of our meeting rooms was turned into a relaxation room – filled with candles, dark chocolate, and a soothing waterfall projected onto the wall. I will definitely be utilizing that today!

 

You can feel the mood lifted as you walk through the halls, see the signs, and pass each other while wearing jeans (it's casual all week, too!).

 

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings…
